We are pleased to announce the launch of the Master of Disruptive Leadership and Master of Digital Transformation programs, made possible through a legally binding Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the European International University (EIU-Paris) and the Center for Executive Education Pte. Ltd. (CEE)
This Master in Disruptive Leadership (MDL) provides insights into an understanding of disruptive leadership and its related concepts. It explores the transformation of organizations in today’s highly disruptive, increasingly VUCA and the digital-driven era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (also known as Industry 4.0). It builds the case for organizations to revisit and, at times, reinvent their people strategy, internal systems, and processes and deploy the technologies that would suit disruptive times. The course also examines the attributes and competencies of disruptive leadership that would distinguish successful leaders as they guide their organizations through the disruption caused by the digital transformation at the workplace.

Why EIU – Paris Master in Disruptive Leadership (MDL)?
This new innovative online program from European International University (EIU) – Paris, provides research-based insights on disruptive leadership and creative innovation which are critical to the design and implementation of digital transformation at the workplace. It would provide the participants with the best practice approaches and proven frameworks to build and manage successful and sustainable business models in today’s highly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) and increasingly disruptive and digital-driven era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0).
The MDL Program has been designed specifically to prepare current and future business leaders for the challenges they face now and in the coming years. Focused on leadership in a world of disruptive change, the program will help the participants understand and take advantage of the underlying digital transformation trends and innovative practices that are driving the future and shaking up their industry.

Learning Resources
The learning resources will include recommended textbooks, published research articles, journals, access to an online library (e-resources), and other online learning resources including YouTube videos relevant to the theme of each of the Modules.
Formative Assessment
The Assessment will be in the form of a Harvard Business School Case Study or from similar institution, where you will be able to apply and build on your learning and view the entire course as a building block of related pieces of knowledge and information that you can use to a practical business challenge in your organization. Your assessment will demonstrate the highest levels of professional managerial leadership consultancy skills.

Entry Requirements
1. Possession of an MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution:
* Applicants must hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or an equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or related areas of study from a recognized institution.
2. High level of motivation and self-discipline:
* Applicants should demonstrate a high level of motivation and self-discipline to succeed in a rigorous academic program.
3. Proficiency in the English language:
* Applicants must be proficient in the English language, as evidenced by a recognized English language proficiency test or equivalent qualification. Individuals who have successfully completed an MBA or an equivalent degree in English medium are exempt from providing any additional proof.
4. Basic smartphone or computer operating knowledge and skills:
* Applicants must have basic knowledge and skills in operating smartphones or computers, as the program may involve online learning platforms and digital resources.
5. Professional working experience:
* Applicants should have a minimum of one (1) year of professional working experience in the field of Business, Management, or related areas of work. This experience should be demonstrated through a curriculum vitae (CV) or resume.
