Institute of Business Practitioners (IBP) is small-medium Company found in 2018 by two Chartered Accountant and marketer; who have harmonised their industry experiences to support the creation of business synergy required to drive growth and sustainability in Gambia’s labour market, West Africa and beyond. IBP exists to provide contemporary, professional and industry relevant competences needed to nurture and sustain best practices. IBP aims to integrate the most desired managerial and leadership competences to create a performance driven work environment expected to effectively lead successful teams, projects, programmes and businesses sustainably through the institution of top-notch governance systems, high sense of integrity, honesty and performance driven culture.
