Malaysian Export Academy was founded in October 2007 and is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 10002:2014 certified training centre in Malaysia. Trainer Profile:
In 1977, Professor Dr. Abdul Kabur bin Mohamed Ibrahim joined the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service (PTD) and was posted to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry. He was appointed as an Assistant Director for Trade promotion. (As regards to trade promotion, he has managed several trade missions, fact finding missions and Malaysia’s participation in International Exhibitions. He has travelled extensively covering many African, Latin American and Middle East countries).
Later he was posted as the Malaysian Trade Commissioner and the Economic Advisor to the European Union in Brussels in Belgium – Diplomatic Appointment. In 1992, he was posted from Brussels to Johannesburg, South Africa as the Malaysian Trade Commissioner to Southern African countries. He was responsible for the opening of the Malaysian Trade Commission in Johannesburg and to establish diplomatic relations between Malaysia and South Africa – Diplomatic Appointment.
In 1999, he took optional retirement at the age of 40 and started a consultancy in South Africa to assist Malaysian public listed companies in their investments in the African and Latin America Continents. He has been responsible for many of Malaysian investments in South Africa, Ghana, Guinea, Namibia, Mozambique, Madagascar, Congo-Kinshasa, Zimbabwe, Argentina, Peru and Chile.
He was also responsible for the setting up of the Madagascar Development Corporation in Antananarivo for the government of Madagascar in 1995 and was responsible for initiating Bilateral trade relations between Madagascar and Malaysia. He was also appointed as the representative to the Malaysian Palm Oil Promotion Council for Southern and Eastern African countries.
Currently Prof. Dr. Kabur Ibrahim serves as the President and CEO of the Malaysian Export Academy, an approved training provider by the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) of Malaysia to deliver trade, import and export related programmes.
Malaysian Export Academy was founded in October 2007 and is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 10002:2014 certified training centre in Malaysia. The Academy is registered with the Human Resources Development Fund under the Ministry of Human Resources of Malaysia and also with the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia. Its main activity is to provide professional training and coaching on International Trade and Export related subjects such as exporting skills, international marketing, trade finance, international freight forwarding, Packaging and labelling, export research etc.
Recently the Academy has also secured the license as Vocational Training Centre under the name “Oxford Business College” by the Department of Skills Development and the Skills Development Fund Corporation of Malaysia.

Trainer Profile:
In 1977, Professor Dr. Abdul Kabur bin Mohamed Ibrahim joined the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service (PTD) and was posted to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry. He was appointed as an Assistant Director for Trade promotion. (As regards to trade promotion, he has managed several trade missions, fact finding missions and Malaysia’s participation in International Exhibitions. He has travelled extensively covering many African, Latin American and Middle East countries).
Later he was posted as the Malaysian Trade Commissioner and the Economic Advisor to the European Union in Brussels in Belgium – Diplomatic Appointment. In 1992, he was posted from Brussels to Johannesburg, South Africa as the Malaysian Trade Commissioner to Southern African countries. He was responsible for the opening of the Malaysian Trade Commission in Johannesburg and to establish diplomatic relations between Malaysia and South Africa – Diplomatic Appointment.
In 1999, he took optional retirement at the age of 40 and started a consultancy in South Africa to assist Malaysian public listed companies in their investments in the African and Latin America Continents. He has been responsible for many of Malaysian investments in South Africa, Ghana, Guinea, Namibia, Mozambique, Madagascar, Congo-Kinshasa, Zimbabwe, Argentina, Peru and Chile.
He was also responsible for the setting up of the Madagascar Development Corporation in Antananarivo for the government of Madagascar in 1995 and was responsible for initiating Bilateral trade relations between Madagascar and Malaysia. He was also appointed as the representative to the Malaysian Palm Oil Promotion Council for Southern and Eastern African countries.
Currently Prof. Dr. Kabur Ibrahim serves as the President and CEO of the Malaysian Export Academy, an approved training provider by the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) of Malaysia to deliver trade, import and export related programmes.

He obtained his MBBS from Manipal University, India, in 1995 and pursued his education in Dermatology (University of Wales, Cardiff) and obtained his Fellowship in Dermatologic Laser Surgery (Mahidol University, Bangkok) and Cell Replacement Therapy (Paul Niehans Institute, Geneva). He was appointed as an Associate Professor in Aesthetic Medicine for UCSI University (Malaysia) and later as the Head of Department of Aesthetic Medicine for MAHSA Medical University (Malaysia). He obtained his Certificate in Advanced Aesthetic Science and Professional Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from UK and Paris, respectively. The esteemed Socrates Almanac Society (Oxford) awarded him an Honorary Diploma for his contributions for the intellectual progress of modern society. As a member of the International Society for Stem Cell Research, he devotes his time to Research & Development for neuro-degenerative diseases with Stem Cells.

Independent Studies of Science & Technology (IST) was founded in 1989 and today, it is a multipurpose and multilevel educational institution licensed by the Ministry of Education. IST belongs to the educational organisation G. Kastrinakis & Drak. Foudoukakou, who has been active since 1967 with great success in the field of education through SBSE, the first School in Health Professions.
Today, IST has an academic structure and organisation similar to those of renowned Universities abroad, maintaining close relationships and collaboration with companies and organisations for better education and rehabilitation of its students while housed in a building of international standards.

StartLearn was founded in 2001 as a Centre of Lifelong Education and Vocational Training that operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. It provides certified and accredited Professional Education and Training guided by the principles of Adult Education and Lifelong Learning.
Students in Greece, Cyprus and from abroad can attend online and in-person seminars and courses on various specialised professional fields in order to perfect their skills and certify their qualifications.
