Programme Objectives
  1. Develop and demonstrate the ability to communicate with and integrate multi-disciplinary expertise related to digital transformation and innovation.
  2. Develop and demonstrate the ability to lead, design, and create applications of digital transformation and innovation using current and emerging tools, techniques, and technology.
  3. Develop skills in management, technology, communications, information architecture, data science, UX design, and gender / cultural awareness and demonstrate the ability to apply them in practice.
  4. Develop and demonstrate the ability to assess, test, and research digital transformation and innovation with sensitivity and awareness around ethics, equity, diversity, business, and social impact.
  5. Identify barriers to developing an innovation-driven culture in organizations
  6. Be able to analyze and critically evaluate the relevance of digital technologies in ensuring the organization’s sustainability.
  7. Be able to apply concepts and ideas to resolve workplace situations and challenges.
  8. Develop actionable plans to address the strategic, organizational, and innovation-based opportunities within the participant’s organization through a consultancy project.

Learning Resources

The learning resources will include recommended textbooks, published research articles, journals, access to an online library (e-resources), and other online learning resources including YouTube videos relevant to the theme of each of the Modules.

Formative Assessment

After each Module, you will be required to submit a brief outline of your ideas for discussion and formative feedback. Furthermore, there will be an Assessment in the form of a Harvard Business School Case Study or from similar institution, where you will be able to apply and build on your learning and view the entire course as a building block of related pieces of knowledge and information that you can apply to a practical business challenge in your organization. Your entire assessment will demonstrate the highest levels of professional managerial leadership consultancy skills.

Recognition, Accreditation & Membership

The European International University (EIU-Paris), is a private higher education establishment authorized by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, in accordance to and in compliance with the French Education Act: Code de l’Education Articles L 444-1 to 444-11 and R 444-1 to 444-28.

Grading Scheme

The grading system is defined as follows:

 Pass: 
 Higher   Distinction 90-100%
 Distinction 80-89%
 First Division 70-79%
 Second   Division 60-69%
 Satisfactory 50-59%
 Fail: 
 Unsatisfactory 49% and below
Entry Requirements


1. Possession of an MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution:
* Applicants must hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or an equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or related areas of study from a recognized institution.
2. High level of motivation and self-discipline:
* Applicants should demonstrate a high level of motivation and self-discipline to succeed in a rigorous academic program.
3. Proficiency in the English language:
* Applicants must be proficient in the English language, as evidenced by a recognized English language proficiency test or equivalent qualification. Individuals who have successfully completed an MBA or an equivalent degree in English medium are exempt from providing any additional proof.
4. Basic smartphone or computer operating knowledge and skills:
* Applicants must have basic knowledge and skills in operating smartphones or computers, as the program may involve online learning platforms and digital resources.
5. Professional working experience:
* Applicants should have a minimum of one (1) year of professional working experience in the field of Business, Management, or related areas of work. This experience should be demonstrated through a curriculum vitae (CV) or resume.
