World experience in the development of public corporations
The increased attention to state corporations today is a consequence of the expansion of the state's position in the economy, a synthesis of state control and market principles for doing business. State corporations are founded to ensure the implementation of certain public policies where market institutions do not always manage their functions or do not always function clearly. To increase the efficiency of state-owned corporations in the Tajik economy, it is necessary to study and generalize the world experience in the development of state-owned corporations, which was the purpose of this article. To achieve the goal of the study, a set of research methods was used, namely: analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification and generalization of economic, legal, historical information on the research problem.
The article summarizes the foreign experience of the development and functioning of state-owned corporations. It was stated that such corporations are created with the participation of the state in order to support, finance and stimulate priority sectors of the economy. It is concluded that state corporations can have both commercial and non-commercial nature of their activities, pursue state, public, political and other interests. The successful global experience of creating and developing state-owned corporations considered in the article is interesting in the context of its use in Tajik economic realities. Its application can help solve the problems that have arisen today in the corporate sector of the state economy, improve the regulatory support of the activities of state corporations, avoid mistakes in managing state property and ensure effective reform of the Tajik economy.
