Systematization of the concepts of corporation, corporate governance, principles and mechanism of corporate governance

In the realities of the modern economy, a necessary condition for the long-term successful development of a company is to increase its investment attractiveness, the most important tool for the growth of which is corporate governance. In recent years, the role of corporations as the main participants of micro- and macroeconomic policy in the development of the country's industry has been increasing. There is an increasing interest in the corporate governance system, in the peculiarities and patterns of corporate growth in individual industry complexes, and in the contradictions of economic interests within industrial business corporations. The objectives of this study are: to study the concepts of "corporation", "corporate governance", principles and mechanisms of corporate governance; to study the concepts and content of models, levels and mechanisms of corporate governance. The implementation of these tasks is proposed to be achieved by identifying the features of the modern concept of "corporation", as well as establishing a connection with the concepts of corporate governance, principles and methods of corporate governance, as well as identifying the features of the implementation of the concepts in practice. The results of these actions will help to highlight the main elements of proper corporate governance.
