Equilibrium – Maintaining Mental and Emotional Well-being – During and After COVID-19

Among many global health, economic and societal disruptions, the COVID-19 virus outbreak has forced hundreds of millions to physically isolate, causing mental and emotional imbalance. Combine that with extensive news coverage on the pandemic and an unknown future, and it’s no wonder that anxiety is on the rise. This course, which is in a collaboration with the Resilient Health organisation, will prepare you, mentally, for the road ahead, as well as provide you with the proactive steps to protect yourself against the negative mental and emotional effects. Being prepared is the best protection against the stresses associated with Covid-19.

STRUCTURE
This course is structured into two modules with a total of twenty-two lessons. Each lesson will be made up of a reading requirement. All the reading material and assessment will be available online.

DURATION
This is a self-paced course, where you can easily complete it within a day or within 22 days. Our suggestion is that you pace yourself to complete the course in 3 days. The choice is yours.

ASSESSMENT
The course is assessed by Multiple Choice, Fill in the Blanks and/or True or False. This type of assessment is based on the premise: “What’s worth remembering is worth repeating”. No one can fail this course! You can either successfully complete the course or not.
